We start by exploring what it is that brings anger about in our lives, on a mental level- frustration, day-to-day irritations, bitterness. We get to share how this has played out in our journey.
Then we move into the somatic depth of Rage, where it lives in the body. Where safety, love, and our gifts are not able to thrive. We spend some time experiencing, moving, tapping, stomping, pounding the places in our bodies where this Rage lives. We get to explore what our wild side wants to express safely, opening the throat chakra with primal screaming. We explore deep intimacy with the self.
After we explore this within ourselves, we get to practice holding space for the expression of this Rage, moving the journey to deep intimacy with another. We partner up, and take turns witnessing, holding safe space for expression,…
