  • You’d like to experience the techniques of simple breath practices, as well as a deeper journey with breath
  • You’d like some written resources to have based on breath
  • You’d like to understand a balance of science and experiential understanding of breath

Week 1:

  • Pranayama- Activating and Grounding techniques, how to choose and use them daily
  • Bandhas- how to utilize locks in the body to enhance the effects of breath
  • Building blocks of simple breath technique, function, and contraindications
